Description

(i)_Travel  lets you easily record your business or private travelling expenses in order to manage projects efficiently.
Store in your Palm all details related to your trip : location, purpose,flight fare, hotel, rental, meals, taxi, phone... . Then,  sort and filter your database by location, title or date in order to have access to a record.
The interface is designed to reduce as much as possible the data capture. All numeric fields are entered via a keypad (OS 4.0 and higher) and all features are represented by explicit icons.
You are able to store each travel and its details as an appointment in your Palm DateBook.

In addition, each time you hotsync your PDA, your databases are saved on your PC.
This feature added to the desktop application allows you to export your database in CSV format or to manage your database (delete records, print, ...).
You can link your expenses to your company report or to the template provided in case you don't have yet a custom expense report.
This template is a MS Excel file that allows you to generate automatically 3 types of report and will show you how to integrate (i)_Travel in your professional  activity:

• a detailed report (all your expenses and note attached)
• a summarized report ( a synthetic view of your expenses by categories)
• an expense report (to your company, your customer, ...)

The concept of (i)_Travel is to improve the management of business expenses as much for employees as companies.
